Volunteering in tech events is exciting because you get to know amazing people and listen to great speakers while learning and growing.

At the same time, it could be challenging, and it's expected to get tired, sleepy and feeling 🪫.

I find it useful to take small breaks to recharge, stay hydrated, eat healthy food and snacks, and have a proper sleep the night before.

Reflections while volunteering at QCon Software Development Conferences in #qConLondon 2024

During my career, I had the opportunity to build and lead multiple teams. In the beginning, it was confusing and complicated.

📝I invested a lot of time getting better, and over time, psychology, team culture, and leadership have become a passion.

I’m looking forward to today’s @qconlondon track, “How Do Teams Really Work?” hosted by @soph_weston.

This is my first time at #QConLondon and in the Queen Elisabeth II Center.

I’m a fan of Gothic architecture, and seeing Westminster Abbey during breaks, helps me to relax and change the context for a while.

Today, I’m helping in the Engineering Leadership for All track of #QConLondon 2024 (hosted by Tanja Lichtensteiger) with other 3 volunteers.

📚I’m looking forward to learning about leadership, decision-making, and, of course, how to help people to succeed in their careers.
